Summer 2011 Online Course Evaluations will be available Monday, July 18 through Wednesday August 10 at 4 p.m.

The Online Evaluations Site for Summer 2011 will be opened up on Monday, July 18 at 9 a.m.  If your instructor chooses to participate in the online evaluation process, you will be able to log in after this time.
The site will be open until 4 p.m. PDT, Wednesday, August 10. We are required to close the site prior to the start of final exams, and cannot extend the time frame. Please submit your evaluation prior to the deadline.

The Bellevue College Online Evaluation web site is secure, and submissions are completely anonymous. College instructors, program chairs and administrators are granted access to a class composite document on the web site only after all grades are posted to transcripts at the close of the current quarter. This is the same procedure used for the on-campus paper evaluations process.

If your instructor has chosen to participate in this quarter’s evaluation process, when you click on the web site URL, linked below, and log in, your class will be listed. Access to each course evaluation is granted only once, and after you press the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page, you will see a screen telling you which class evaluations have been completed. You can print out a copy of this page if you’d like to show that you have completed the process.  If you have questions or need assistance, please give the Distance Education Office a call at 425-564-2438, toll free at 1-877-641-2712.
To log in to the Bellevue College Online Evaluations Site, use the following information:
Student ID = Bellevue College student number, no spaces, no dashes
PIN = Bellevue College Registration PIN, usually your birth date if it has not been changed, in the mmddyy format.

NOTE: The Bellevue College Registration PIN does not use the zero “0” for anyone born in a single digit birth month. For example, February 2, 1988 = 20288; October 17, 1988 = 101788. If you have changed your Bellevue College Registration PIN, you must use that PIN to login to the site.
