Eat Unique!
Local organic farmers, who are supplying consumers with fresh, seasonal produce free from pesticides and excessive packaging, have adopted a progressive direct marketing approach aptly labeled CSA (Consumer Supported Agriculture). CSA’s strengthen and promote diversity on the farm and within communities in addition to reducing the environmental, economic and social impacts of consumerism. By the innovations of many small-scale farmers, people now more than ever are able to "Eat Unique".

Every day during Earth Week we will feature different local organic farmers who will share their knowledge and insights into organic farming.

Participating Farms:

  • Full Circle Farms
  • Nature's Last Stand
  • Come back soon to see a list of other participating farms.

BCC Earth Week is organized by the BCC Science Club. For more information contact Rob Viens in the BCC Science Division at rviens@bcc.ctc.edu or (425) 564-3158.
