Eat Unique!
The BCC Food Services will be participating in Earth Week again this year with a number of different activities. Please show your support for these activities - if the Earth Week offerings are popular, these items will become regular fare in the cafeteria. (Some of them already are!) More information will be posted as it becomes available.
- The cafeteria will
offer an organic foods throughout the week including:
Organic soup
Organic pasta bar
Organic tofu with the stir fry bar
Wild Salmon (Offered throughout the year when in season!)
Misty River Organic (Black Angus) Hamburgers from Vashon Island (Available throughout the year at the cafeteria grill.)
- The Cafeteria and R-Building Coffee Shop offers Tully's fair trade organic coffee (Offered throughout the year.) See Friday's films - Black Gold and Buyer Be Fair to learn more about fair trade coffee and other food products.
