Credit/Grades: Your grade in this class will be based on participation, therefore attendance is important. Everyone can miss one meeting day/field trip without losing any credit, after that it will affect your grade. (This may include 1 activity (lecture/field trip, etc. outside of class.) Since we only meet 5 or 6 times, missing more than 1 day can have a significant effect on your grade. As well as participating, everyone is expected to "lead" one week’s discussion and contribute to the seminar web page.
